My landlord takes rent cheque which includes share of building expenses which tenants have agreed oncein 6 months, after a year or once in 2 or 3 years. but he does not give debit note or receipt.Once in past he gave common receipt for rent and expenses. Now he doesn't give.
How risky will that be for tenants ?
