Dear Experts,
E-stamp paper for rental agreement was taken from a bank with details like 'First person'<tenant> and 'Second person'<owner>. papers were written and signatures were made on the paper. But there is not witness sign and it was not notarized.
- Is that agreement still valid?
- Just by mere certificate number which will have tenant and owner details, can we claim that the agreement was made and tenant has stayed in that house.
- What should be done with agreement once the tenant vacates the house, should it be torn off after being received the advance amount.
