Hi,
This is the problem faced by one of my friend in Chennai, she rented her flat to Bachelors individually, there are 4-5 bachelors staying in the flat together, some one from campus complaint saying she is doing commerical business, and need to pay tariff of EB as commericial.
She did not keep any board out side, no advertisement, still why it should be commercial, can any one clarify this case falls as commercial or residential. People stay there for longer term, not day to day check in check out.
