I have an accounting office related to TEXTILE BUSINESS in textile market at Surat.
In my textile building in sell agreement it is clearly stated that-
"use of office only can be done for textile and related activity purpose only"
On the upper floor of my office, the builder has give office on rent to BANK. The bank making too much noise in their renovation. My 20 staff matter can not concentrate on their work.
I want to ask that can a builder give the office on rent to BANK as the whole building is textile market and in our agreement the abovementioned matter has clearly stated.
Can i take some legal action and get stay order against such renovation and noise? What steps can I take against them?
