My grand father owned one shop which was rented from past 30 years...This property was later transferred to my father and he wants the person to leave the premises which in turn the person did not agree..We thought of following the legal route but before we can proceed... the person ( who runs the rented shop) died.
Just wanted to know what is the process we can now follow to get back the shop and does the person ( who run the shop) sons ( who works in MNC and does not sit in shop) has any authority on this shop..
how can we claim back our shop now
