Dear Experts,
I want to rent out my house in BDD Chawl, Worli but I understood that we cannot give it on rental basis to anyone. If in case I rent out than PWD will issue a notice to me to the custody of house in my control.
Since I want to move to another place so there is no point in keeping this house vacant.
Also couple of guys in that chawl are opposing to renting out.
Can anyone suggest a solution that what should i can do in this case.
