Please let me know what precaution should be taken as a ownwer, while renting his apartment?
MOst of the laws are in favour of tenant. So what are the important points owner should consider so that tent will not have chance that he will claim anyting on the property? Is Registered agreement for tenant is sufficient?
Can owner provide tenant with his elecricity bill so that tenant can get gas connections, bsnl connections? Is it safe? Please advice.
