Renting on govt lease ?

I have a DDA flat in Delhi which I want to give on rent for the first time. I am getting a tenant who is working in a Govt. undertaking organization in Delhi and his office provides Company Lease. Is Govt lease safe ? Should I also get it registered in court ?

Yes registered rent agreement is preferred for any pupose.
