Dear sir
Mr. x was murdurd in 2001, his wife and son file a case aginst criminal, case was taken up and prosucuted for 3 years, after some time Mr. X son was died , Mr. X wife alone fighted for some time but, criminal blackmailed her and, forced her to withdraw case, criminal given some property to Mr.X wife for withdrawing the case. and then case with drawn.
After long time now the criminal agian blackmailing and and asking the property back.
now she want reopn the murdur case, as well as new blackmailling case.
My question is? is it possible to reopen case agian, as we have postmutom report.
