Reply to stridhan list

Hello Advisors,

How can I reply to stridhan list which is totally fake, list including marriage expenses , shagun and gifts given to me and my family before marriage , during marriage and after marriage.

Advisors my question is:

Marriage expenses, made by my inlaws are recoverable.
Shagun Given to me, my family and relatives during Marriage or After marriage is recoverable.
Gold given to me or my family during marriage is recoverable.
I received the stridhan list from my wife in women cell that includes marriage expenses made by my inlaws, shagun given said above and gold list.

I am totally confused , “ Ki reply ka kiya jaya”

Please advisors help me regarding this matter.

Shtidhan have to be return to ur wife as directed by supreme court . If you have her shtridhan simply return with panchnam if not have simply reply in written to concern sho that u don't have or whatever the case and send one copy to concerned sp.

No need to give any written reply. CAW Cell has no authority to investigate. Simply go on next date. When mediator asked you to reply simply say my lawyer will reply in court
