Dear Experts
My friend's dad has bought a flat in 2008 and in the sale deed they have mentioned in the original extent as wrong (typo graphical error) and now only after his dad's demise, they want to dispose of the property and discovered this issue,. the new buyer after perusing the document has pin pointed the same and asked them to rectify and do the rectification deed.
The problem is the original seller's whereabouts are unknown
