What i have noticed is .because the Lawyers have got immunity they cannot ..be questioned nor they can be penalised for their limited experence and knowledge of law/court craft hence its aSelf-immolation of helpless litigants by appointing a lawyer.
To substanciate my observations.
The greatest task is to change the lawyer .and cancel the vakalatnama and asking him to give a no objection to the client to appoint another lawyer.
