In 498a case the state-pp file letter send to law & judicary dept., mantralya-mumbai FOR FILING WRIT petition in high court in month of feb'2013 against jmfc court order of reject appln. u/s 311 crpc 3rd time, (which is file after accused satement recorded u/s 313 crpc) for examining the witness and seeking adjournment (since 7 months) in jmfc court trial that they have preferred writ and submit this letter but till date no high court order is filed, if any.
i think that there request of preferring writ petition in high court is denied, hence they are unable to submit any document/papers particulars in jmfc trial but keep taking adjournemt and court is biased towards them and allowing adjournemt last chance, last chance.
can anybody let me know from where to get the status / details of there letter to law & judiciary dept., Mnatralya mumbai or any other auhtority having power to consider their request send by state / director genreal of prosecution. and how to convince the judge to hear final argument.
