Request of clarification of judgement

Basically, a request application for clarification of the judgment is just a type of application for reviewing the judgment when a party is not satisfied with the judgment and needs the order to be modified or varied. The court is not bound to clarify, vary or modify the judgement. It is the court's discretion to make a modification or not. It may have it's different meaning according to the request made, circumstances of the case, etc.

Thanks a lot . . . I have another doubt. . Till now judgement not delivered in court . . Then how is it possible to seek request of clarification of judgement. . . Kindly clear my doubt. Sir. . . They didn't call me for judgement . . .
