Requesting

Dear Sir/Madam,

Can some body suggest me what would be the procedure if there is a pending suit  in which there are 3 parties i.e. Mr. (A), Mr. B, and Mr. (C), in which Mr. (A) has been absconding since the suit began since the past 10 years who is the main legal hierer to a property (property is in the name of MR. (A), in which Mr. (B) and Mr. (C) are defending the property who have no interest in the same and are ready to surrender it either to the court or to Mr. (A) who has been deliberately being absconding and where abouts are not known, can it be possible if Mr. (A) be located the same can be appealed to the court to have him give his say against or in favour of the plantif who is claming the property.

what can be the remedy to Mr. (B) and Mr. (C) in order to get rid of this suit.
