Requesting suggestion on how to approach for divorce

It is very sad that in families there are many people who do not know how to deal with other's feelings and emotions and not have education or at least knowledge about which word hurts, which word does not hurt others. When people who do not know how to talk to each other in a polite manner indulge in conflicts they take sides and that ends up into ego conflicts and finally into a legal battle.   Anyways does it help you to know that it is not bitter words, but bitter feelings that hurt people?

One bitter word can make us forget all the service others did to us and all the love they offered to us in the past.  However, all that will not go anywhere. When they die, we get to remember every good that they did to us.  That is why sometimes, when we hate people, we should get the thought of how would we react when we know, the person we are hating impulsively or momentarily dies.

If you have duplicate keys than bring two wheeler from where it is normally parked and sell it off. You can not be held responsible for theft as its its yours !

Hello Mr. Kishtaiah, I wanted a advice from you regarding taking back my two wheeler back from her.

When her parents came to my home here, they asked me to give two wheeler for my wife. I told them that she can use it. But they insisted on giving money on behalf of it. They gave me cheque of 20k as half payment of vehicle and told me that if I want it back then I can give 20k back and take the vehicle back from them. Rest money they told me to give when vehicle is transferred on my wife's name.

I have not deposited that cheque till date. Now when I am asking the vehicle back, they are not giving me. They are threatening me that they will go to women cell and file complaint on me. When I called up my wife and told her that give me back my vehicle and take back your cheque within 1-2 week, her maternal uncle called me and told me that you are giving mental torcher to my niece and threatened me that she can commit suicide because of this. He told me that I'll put you in jail if my niece would do something like that.

There was no paperwork done by them regarding buying/selling vehicle. Since last 4 months she is using this vehicle and they have not yet initiated transfer process. I told them many a times that vehicle transfer procedure is normally done by the buyer but they are not doing it. So, she intends to use the vehlcle without tranfering it.

My question is how should I take my vehicle back. I am ready to give back their cheque. Cheque is now three months old. According to new RBI rules, cheque is expired as it is over 3 months old.

I wanted the vehicle back as my father is coming to stay with me and he'll need it in day to day household work.

Please advice me.

Thanks in advance

You are worried about loss of wife or vehicle? Anyways. Go to PS and file a complaint that your vehicle is stolen.
