Hello senior's..
I want some help regarding judgement.
In short subject matter is whereas two accused has to charge of ipc 406,409,420 &120(b) now under UTP at Central jail, and they have not involved but where they have working, the director of company ( cloth fabrics co.) Demanding goods from other firm, ahmedabad and after the delivery of goods at surat he has nothing payment to the creditors. Compaint lodge against him as a main accused. Now director has absconded. My accused were only job purpose involvement at said company.
Now tomorrow is sessions bail application . I want to any judgement which able to citation for in favour of accused.
