Dear sir/madam
I want to apply for passport but one case is pending agst me. In form one clause is that any criminal case pending agst you then provide the noc from competent court. When i apply to same court in which my case pending the juge says that please show the rule in which this line mention that noc required for passport if any case pending. Please consult me from where i get this rule or any notification. because in every where no objection certificate mention only for government employees. Please provide the rule if possible.
