Dear All,
Court insist several procedural formalities for filing cases/IA/Petitions etc.
Now, I have experienced / read several Judgements without complying the minimum requrement of a Judgement.
According to me it is high time to discuss about a standrdised proforma for drafting Judgement.
We may represent with specific proposal to the Law Commission, Bar Council and Supreme Court.
