There is lot of confusion regarding RERA and car parking. Since there is no OC in our building and we are fighting against the builder, whether the builder will be able to sell the car parking after RERA becomes effective from 01 May 17 ??

"In 2013, the Bombay High Court ruled that approved parking spaces within a building were common areas for society members and could not be sold." - Supreme Court and High Court
