reserved judgement

reserved judgement - judge gets transferred to madurai bench - now who will pronounce the reserved judgement in Madras High court ?? or judgement only after retransfer of judge

Dear dheepak,

Successor to old judge can pronounce the judgement. He may ask to argu matter again.

Transferee (new) Court shall ask for re-argument by both the parties before pronouncement of judgment.
