Residence housing scocity problems

Sir,

my self is a secreatary of housing socity, In our socity permises some open land is available where the socity members parks the vehical's . the childeren's from socity plays the cricket. some times the balls hits to the vehicals. 

One of the vehical owener orally said to committee that he wants in writing that if his vehical will damage then he should get the composation from society. 

Kindly help us that how to solve this problem?????????
