I want to give my Mulitstory Apartment in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP on Rent through Company/Bank Lease. I have following Queries:
1. What is diffrence between a (A) Lease/Tenancy Agrremnt and (B) Leave and License Agrrement ?
2. If we go for Company/Bank Lease, then should we register it also ?
3. Are there standard agreements available which protects the rights of owner in case of any dispute ?
4. Generally Company/Bank lease are for a period of 3 years. What cluase one should put, if needs to be terminated before three years ?
5. What happens in case if the current employee leaves the company/bank or gets transferred ?
6. Can company or bank has right to give to any other employee if the current employee leaves the compnay/bank or gets transferred ?
