Resignation rejection

Hi,

I am working for private company for almost 1 year. I signed bond of 2 years and conditions were if i resign i have to pay 2 lakh and 2 month notice period.

I put resignation saying that i am ready to pay 2 lakh and serve 2 months but they rejected the resignation saying that it is sole discretion of the management to accept or reject your resignation. they are making me work forcefully. they are also threatening me for legal actions if i leave the company. Does management has freedom to accept ot reject the resignation?

What shall i do?

Hi,

This is Abhay,

I work for a private limited company in noida, i have resigned from my position and presently serving a notice period of 1 month as per my offer letter. This morning when i approached the HR department regard my leave balance and stated them that i will not be coming tomorrow they replied to me that as many leave taken by me in my notice period will extend the notice with the same amount of days. Same is not mentioned in my offer letter.

Please suggest me what shall i do.
