Resignation sent on whatsap is it valid

The orderliness of Rules and Law make sure that the office bearers and Association smoothly coordinate with each other for the welfare of the Association members. As could be seen from the news that WhatsApp Facebook tweets and information should not be taken as authentication for initiating some action... The media press release TV news and other publications should not be taken as derivatives for some disciplinary action or to go ahead with that presumptuous situations making a GATEWAY for eliminating the PERSONS in Power and Authority as Officials, office bearers... SUBMISSION of resignation, its withdrawal and again contesting in the Election and so on spoil the image of the Association itself, indicating that anything can be done as per situations making other a scapegoat... Your CWC and CEC should have acted with fullpledged equipment of Rules, CONSTRUCTION and should have the courage to expell such vested interest hands and keep it in high quality of dignity...

PLEASE Read... the word 'CONSTRUCTION' as CONSTITUTION

Thank you Mr Seshadri for your input.  Today is the election and I will be taking on the person who has resigned and contesting for a post and unfortunately he is a lawyer himself hahaha.  Anyhow want to prove a point in the lines you mentioned only that the Association will not be held in good stead if such practices are allowed/followed.

The resignation becomes absolute only after it is formally accepted.  The person tendering the resignation has the right to contest the election again.
