Dear Sirs,
i was additional director for a company and resigned 3 years back. dir11 and 12 submitted by company and name was removed from roc. but after 3 years, bank has reported my name as gurantor in the loan to cibil. contacted customer care of bank and sent all the documents to bank, but no reply. pl. advice
