I am Nitin Khurana and hope all the respected people out there are doing well.
I have a flat at Mohali since Oct 2021 by the the whole area is still under construction with other flats being made and roads are still not being made and the water connection is still by builder and not from Government.
The builder has not handed over to the society and the water supplied is still unsatisfactory as we do get water sometimes and sometimes not.
The builder had sent a Raw receipt for water charges for ₹300 and Sewerage charges for ₹100 monthly and with a disclaimer.
non-payment shall result in disconnection.
what rights do I hold to challenge this.
