Dear Sirs,
I need help in following matters:
1) is there any format of application/petition u/s 560(6) of the Companies Act, i.e. for restoration of the name of the company. Obliged if someone provides the draft application/petition for the same.
2) how to determine court fee for the same ?
3) which authority is empowered to entertain the same, High court or CLB?
