Restrictions and donts for mangement committe members

I am staying in a condomonium in which the secatary treats the condomonium as his proprietory concern and even his wife inteferes in matters and passes intsructions of dos and donts. Can this be addressed to someone and is the secatary and his wife right in doing so? We have kept pots in the passage and he is creating lot of noise, also our terrace we painted bcos it needed a white wash n the secatary is asking us to match the clour. Kindly advice

Dear Maushmi,

Your Secretary if trying to act arbitrary as the owner of the building then you people of the society should call a meeting and replace the secretary by nominating and appointing someone else.

Further, if the wife of the secretary is not the member of the society, then she has no right whatsoever to interfere in the work of the society matter. which you should check out and mention it to her openly.

If you need any further legal assistance then you may call on 9324538481.

Regards,
