Restructure/ reschedule of bank loan

A company has got sanction of term loan with repayment of 89 EMIs, Later it requested the bank to change the EMI as 89 setup installments (i.e,) initial installments are for small amounts and in later years the amount of installments are higher than the initial installments but there is no change in tenure of 89 months, Kindly clarify whether the change in repayment schedule amount to Reschedule/ Restructure of loan?
