Dear Experts,
one of our lady employee who is envolved in corruption cases has completed 58 years and 6 months of age. Now we are not interested to continue her further. We are also not interested to start enquiry etc. against her. Because she is with us since last several years. can we give her retirement letter because she has already completed more than 58 yrs. of age. We are an un-aided education trust.
Experts are requested to advise on this matter urgently.
