we around 400+ employees are transferred according to industrial dispute act 25G and in our corporation we are having workmen stream line as following
1.J.P.A
2. P.A
3. FOREMEN IV GRADE
4. FOREMEN II GRADE
5. FOREMEN 1ST GRADE
bottom post from 1 to 5 respectively
(i.e,)JPA lower post and FOREMEN 1ST GRADE Higher workmen post
here in all caders around 400+ are transferred let us know that is there any possibility to withdraw the above order and also let us briefly whether all posts should be transferred or only the bottom posts may be transferred please elaborate in detail
It is the right of the employer to transfer any employee if such terms of transfer is incorporated in letter of appointment. So the letter of appointment as well as the transfer order needs to be considered before further advice can be given.
