Return of property

I transferred a sum of money to my in-laws for the purchase of real estate which is documented. They did purchase the property, but neither added me as a shareholder, nor returned the money after several requests. Wife wants to now remarry her ex-lover, and is threatening false 498a if I ask for this money back.

Can I initiate civil or criminal proceedings against my in-laws for the return of my assets?

If you transfered money which is documented purpose of purchase property and she not add your name or not return u can file civil suit and also file criminal case against your in laws of criminal breach of trust.

question of your wife if dont give him divorce she can not marry with her ex lover.
