Review petition and call back of fdp

We got modified decree. Earlier to modified decree the commissioner has submit it housing property and agriculture land commisioner report. We submit modified decree and ask to court to issue direction to commissioner and adlr to carry out commission work as per modify decree. The city survey commissioner submit the report. But agriculture report not submitted,as adlr not received letter from court. But FDP court accept the agriculture report which was submitted before modify decree. We ask call back order and review petition filed But court rejected our petition .Now what to do,where we have go.also opposite party brought high order of mandamus ,on thus mandamus basis they want to get finished executive petition as earlier as possible
