My Special Criminal Application in Gujarat High Court matter of article 226 dismissed and discharged, myself is petitioner, dismissed on the ground of evidence. Now after 2 month received evidence under RTI. What is procedure for revision in high Court? under which criminal procedure code? Previously it is single bench, now single bench or double bench?

You can still file the criminal application before the High court in change in circumstances.....
I don't no the subject matter, hence can't reply the another query? single bench or division bench?
