Revision petition

sir,
A revision petition is going to file at high court against the magistrate's order in a CMP. I want to know that whether the documents ie. evidence produced with cmp have to be attached the revision petition or do the high court call for the documents from the magistrate court .

High Court will order record of the Magistrate Court if prime ficia there exists valid ground to revise the order of the subordinate court. Certified copy of order of the subordinate court is attached with the revision petition for the High Court to check and assess the fault if any exists in the order before summoning the record of the subordinate court.
