I am an administrator of the land which was rented out by the original land owner. The rental agreement was without any time period and rent payable every five years. The original land owner died leaving the land to my care and willed the land to be used for public good. The tenant does not pay rent for past over 30 years and recently the tenant has given away property to another person on a long lease of 999 years. There are no provisions in the rental agreement to either sale or give on long lease. Ofcourse, there is a provision on sub letting the land to anyone. Does the administrator have any right to take legal action against the tenant and what should be done to get the said property evacuated from the lease holder and the tenant.
