My wife has filed DVA case against me. In that case she mentioned my sisters name and we are living join family. But my sisters are living in separate family 1000 miles different from my native place. I can proof it.
I am decided to file defamation.
At what is the right time to file perjury/defamation?
Shall I file right now ?
or after quash my sisters name from the DV Case?
What is the correct direction of me.

At what is the right time to file perjury/defamation?
Perjury can be filed any time during the proceedings in the same court where DVA is going on.
Shall I file right now ?
Yes only Perjury and Forgery.
or after quash my sisters name from the DV Case?
After quash file both criminal and civil defamation.
What is the correct direction of me.

Sir, Where I filed perjury which is the correct place of me? Shall I file from my native(my name) or My sister place (her name)

Perjury should be filed in the same courts where 498A, DV, 125 is going on respectively.
I have already mentioned this point in my post.
You both can be petitioner.

Defamation case can be filed by your sister only which she can do it after the court finds that she is innocent hence discharged from the case. the perjury for this (?), what is perjury?, how is it related to your question?
