Right to a property by a care taker

I have 2 queries please:

1.If a care taker looks after a property for long time,staying inside the property, does he develop any right to that property?

2.If a will is made to allow a care taker to stay inside the property with his family for his whole life does that necessarily mean that his children will inherit the same right automatically?
