Right to equality

Dear Sirs, Can I file PIL in the following issue?

In our country religious issues plays crucial role to sustain law &order and to avoid controversial problems among the huge public in religious admiration. Christian festivals like Christmas, Good Friday & Easter was not considered in coal mines (SCCL).  4 Hindu festivals and one Muslim festival considered for holidays neglecting Christianity without a single holiday. It is transparent that in coal mines of SCCL, fundamental rights were not followed framed by our Indian constitution.

Long time back, the above issue was brought to the notice of President, PM, MoC, Ministry of Minority welfare, APHRC, NHRC, National commission for Minorities etc., unfortunately our Indian government capitulated this issue to MoC without any kind of involvement.

We the Christians working in coal industry looking for Right to Equality in this democratic country.

Please guide further to file PIL for justification and the proper ways to get religious equality.

Indeed, you must bring this matter in front of court. India is secular in nature. All religions are given equal recognition. Article 12 of Indian Constitution defines state in context of part 3 and 4 of Indian Constitution, which talk about fundamental rights and duties respectively. The following link provides the gazette of government holidays. Please refer to that and in case of not been provided with the off on any of the following religious occasion, you may approach court under Article 32, which provides us with the provision of Constitutional remedies. What you suffered is the violation of fundamental right as Article 25 to Article 28 of the Indian Constitution guarantee the right to freedom of religion to all the citizens residing within the territorial boundaries of the country. https://www.fabhotels.com/blog/indian-holiday-calendar/ Thank you!
