I suggest RTI Act 2005 is so ammended as to exempt nothing . It should be otherway round. If any PIO thinks that the info held under his custody or held in his office is to be exempted due to any reason and is concurred by the First Appllate Auth, he should approach the SIC or IC/CIC as applicable for exemption within the stipulated period. It is the SIC/CIC which in turn will decide on the exemption. Nothing under this sun will therefore be per se exempted under RTI Act 2005.
This will be the ultimate aim of the RTI Activists.
