Dear Experts
I am Living in mumbai from my childhood, but my native place is in pune. i found land on my fathers name on pune collectors website( pune.nic.in) gat number 416/1. then i ask Talathi for his actual 7/12 extract.
But Talathi said there is no such gat number in our village, hi said there is only 416 and 416/1 is not there.
then i check some other gat number near by 416, that all gat numbers are as per online data but only 416/1 is not...
my question is..
1) is it possible that online data is wrong.
2) gat number found in online is not there
3) who is responsible for that .
4) how can i do for that
