Right to live in in laws property

  1. A widow doesnot own any house and her in laws (father in law & mother in law) are not allowing her & her kid of about 4 years of age to live in their house. The part of the house is sub leted by them. Can she and her child take any protectio from the law and force them to allow both to share the accomodation?
  2. Under what section can she approach executive administartion or civil court to gget the relief?
  3. Can she get the assured relief or not?

sh has got the full right on her in laws property equally with her minor children. Her in laws cannot depive them from the share. She can approach the civil court for remedy.
