My brother died an year ago and left his wife and 1 yr old child behind him. I am staying in a property owned by him with my brother,sister and stepmother. My demised brother's wife has applied for a succession certificate. I want to know whether I have any legal claim considering my step mother and/or my relation with my brother over the property.

i have a similar query, the difference being this is my fathers house and my sis-in-law has been troubling my parents since then.
what right does she have in this property?
Can she claim any right to my fathers property or cash?
