why should'nt we make RIGHT TO VOTE as FUNDAMENTAL DUTY . I think power of Vote is like a Stick in hands of public to controll the Cattle of government.If we se the average voting in india is about 50% and the candidates always tries to attract these 50% of voters and remaining 50% are burdened with Inflation & Taxes.For example The people of Slum areas are getting free electricity and the burden of the cost of electricity is on the other class because these peoples are regular voter.am I correct?
