Rights of a adopted son

I was born in bhubaneswar and was adopted from my real father and and mother. We moved to kolkata after my mother retired and my father died in 2007. My mother has a property which is her. I stay with my wife and my child here but my mother, uncle has made our life hell. They not only physically and verbally abused my wife but mother also does verbally abuses my wife to bring dowry and uncles wants tries to separate us and tries to separate us and tells us to go to rented flat. They keep all my mother's FD receipts and gold of my mother and said she told us to keep these. I support my wife that's why she also made an fir against me. My wife tried to suicide once for this. Though my wife is getting ready to file 498a and DV on my mother and her brothers but what are the legal options for me. I came to my real father's home in bhubaneswar now. Now my wife's lawyer is saying to file me a case through my real father and mother of mentally and physically abusing of my son, wife and my son and they are trying to plan to take our property. My adoption deed is registered. Can she move me out of her property or can my real mother can challenge it.
