Rights of a bonafide purchaser

Third person purchased property from a second person . Property was mutated in his name in the revenue records. Second person purchased from first person ,owner of the property as per revenue records.first person was in position from 1992-1995, second person from 1995-2004, third person 2004-2012. Fourth person contested in 2012 that he is the owner. Case is under trial . What could be the conclusion of the case.
