some land and house property are inherited by my grand father, he partitioned all his lands between his sons and him, house property is not
partitioned and kept joint , he is having two sons
his grand son filed partitioned suit
on his father on share of lands got by him and got the share . after that grand father
given the house to his two sons orally( without document) and died
the title is still in the name of the great grand father. now the grand
son who partitioned from his father
can get any share from this house
property.
