Sir,
I live in a flat in chennai.Out of 12 houses i own one.At the time of purchase i made few alterations in my flat with the consent of the builder.I have a separate entrance like an individual house which is the rootcause of all problems arising due to jealousy.WE are 12 owners everytime we land up in trouble while sharing my ideas.All 11 owners making their decisions without informing and consulting me.out of eleven 3 owners are active who has 2 flats others are aged persons so they go by these three people.
I am the only owner left out.Inspite of giving valid and expertise knowledge with evidence for laying pavement inside our flat they ignores my idea executing their own which results in losses.If i raise or express that their work is not good or unsafe they fight tremendously and causing mental agony.Just now i paid 25000 for laying pavements which is poorly laid,within 2 months they started painting work which costs me another 15000 .I am not in a position to pay,I have kids college fees,marriage so i explained them clearly but they proceded and forcing me to pay.
There is no By Laws in my flat.Kindly help me.
