Hi All,
A husband died sometime ago and the first wife and children are enjoying the property. However his first wife is still alive and leaving with her son.
There is a property which was given to us by grama panchayat and equally shared between my father and the husband(actually we are just friends). We have katha and everything in my father's name. However the second wife and her children are troubling us stating they need more portion. I am planning to take police help but before Please help me understand what rights the second wife and her children will have on the property while first wife is alive and having kid.
